Ordered the Family Feast with brisket, pulled pork, green beans, cole slaw and mac N cheese. It was delicious. Order process and puckup was smooth. Thanks to staff showing up before opening to have Order waiting with minimum waiting. Merry Christmas!
Food is always great at Old Carolina! The meats are the star. The sides complete the meal. Ordered " to go" and it was on time and ready when scheduled. Thanks OC for another great experience.
Traveling to Canton to visit Football Hall of Fame. A Yelp search brought up this place for barbecue. Went here for dinner and I have absolutely no complaints. Food was great and we had enough to put in a to-go box to enjoy later.
Not very nice to look at inside BUT the food makes up for it! Amazing BBQ. When they say spicy hot, they mean HOT
I have been traveling across the country for the past few months. I have tried barbecue St. Louis, Multiple places in Texas and New Mexico. The barbecue at Old Carolina's is just as good or better than any I've tried and the sides without a doubt beats any restaurant. The baked beans are incredible. This is my favorite spot by far

I travel to Canton now more frequently and been a hobby to try places around where I stay. This is the first time I tried this place. I must admit that it was a surprise. I was greeted promptly when I walked in. I didn't feel rush when i was ordering and the lady that gave me my food has the most pleasant smile, so that was a plus. I ordered rib combos The Texas and it was good, better than the Mission. The brisket was very juicy and tender, not too lean and not too fatty either. The slabs of barbq ribs tho was a little hard but nonetheless good, I have had better. Sides were corn bread (loved it), fries (didn't taste like it was newly fried) and mashed potatoes (loved it too). Four stars rating because I know, I will be back and maybe stick with brisket. Happy eating!
I love these types of restaurants! One of my favorite options for quick food while traveling or near one. Their pulled pork, chicken and BBQ sauces are all fantastic! For the price, I Would have given it 5 stars but most of the tables need wiped off more. I know it's a BBQ place but it's still gross to have dirty/sticky tables.
